We believe good quality pays more than it costs, and weinvest in quality at all levels. It is part of our obligation to our customers and a strategy for continued technology leadership.

Quality is truly more than meets the eye. It starts with quality-conscious people, it is made possible by a quality-focused organization with systems and procedures in place, and it ends up with satisfied customers that enjoy the benefits of quality solutions.

Quality principles

The following principles guide our work when it comes to quality:

Customer Satisfaction

We strive to understand and meet the “undocumented” customer expectation. By maintaining a close relationship with customers, we gain insight through dialog, surveys and other feedback that we analyze in order to meet, or even exceed, expectations.

Management Involvement

Our managers at all levels are involved in the day-to-day business operation and keeps open lines of communication internally and externally. This gives them insight to make decisions in favor of quality.

Continuous Improvement

All departments run continuous Improvement projects, ranging in complexity from simple to complex.

 

Key Performance Indicators

Each department monitors its performance in quality, cost and service through Key Performance Indicators. Based on these, we continuously improve our processes to increase quality, decrease costs and improve service.

ISO 9001 Standard

We are committed to meeting and exceeding the ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems standard. Manufacturing facilities are certified according to ISO 9001.
